Why availability may show as available, unavailable or unknown — and what freshness means.

Status meanings
- Available: a recent reading indicates rooms for that date. - Unavailable: a recent reading indicates no suitable rooms. - Unknown: there is no fresh reading, or the previous reading has expired.
Sources
Availability may come from provider manual updates or connected integrations. Fresh external data is preferred over older manual data; administrator overrides are highest priority when present.
